We are unable to accept Menu Modifications at Thai Now.

We have a small fast moving kitchen and after a couple of close shaves we have decided for food safety reasons and to avoid customer disappointment we are not modifying the menu.

We can of course tell you which of our dishes contain the 14 Allergens we are required to tell you by law.

The 14 allergens are: celerycereals containing gluten (such as barley and oats), crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs and lobsters), eggsfishlupinmilkmolluscs (such as mussels and oysters), mustardpeanutssesamesoybeanssulphur dioxide and sulphites (if the sulphur dioxide and sulphites are at a concentration of more than ten parts per million) and tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts).

Consumers may be allergic or have intolerance to other ingredients, but only the 14 allergens are required to be declared as allergens by food law.

To clarify BUT this list is not exhaustive.  Please call the shop and the staff will consult the allergen matrix:
